Mallard Ice Cream - Bellingham

I recently visited Bellingham for some hikes and stumbled upon @mallardicecream, where I tried their coconut chocolate flavor with almonds and cardamom. They offered some intriguing flavors, and I particularly enjoyed the cardamom. It reminded me of chai, with its spicy kick, making it a delightful experience.

The white chocolate mocha and rocky road flavors were amazing! I truly appreciate how strict the establishment is about mask-wearing and maintaining distance. They do an excellent job!

After a few years, I returned to Mallard's, and they still serve the best coffee ice cream I've ever had. While there's no longer an indoor kitchen, they do offer covered seating outside. Masks are required, but they're available at the entrance.

Always delicious! I love painting. I personally don't think it's too sweet and they always offer interesting aromes. I have the beets and assam tea. the Assam tea tastes like black blase militia! recommend this place when they are in the opposite and want something sweet!

This is such a cute little shop in a cute area.of town. The ice cream is delicious... we had the chocolate malt, mint chocolate chunk, and coconut chocolate chunk with almonds. All of them were great!
