Had a wonderful meal here, however the service was slow

Great service, view, and food. My party of 7 enjoyed our meals! I had the Cobb salad with poppyseed vinaigrette and it was absolutely delicious! I split the crème brûlée with someone and it was the perfect end to the meal. Overall, a wonderful meal with family!

We had the northwest seasonal salad and it was amazing! They had a great menu and good drinks. I tried the peach drop (peach martini-ish) drink. It was so good we went back twice in one week and had the peach cobbler and fish n chips. Everything was so good!!!

Limited menu. No bread served two entrees were salads. Inattentive waiter. Only saw him when we ordered and when he brought the check. No offer of dessert. Disappointing.

The atmosphere is great with views of the water and an interesting view of the chefs food preservation in the entrance and waiting area. We went with friends and two of them ordered shrimp and mango salads. Like everywhere the prices have escalated, so these weren't inexpensive. The salads were small. If you're hungry, don't order that. The shrimp were so small that they looked like bait and so soft and mushy and with an off taste that they were nearly inedible. One of the people who ordered the salad didn't eat it. To their credit, although we didn't ask for a refund, the waitperson saw the person didn't eat their salad and asked about the food and took it voluntarily from our check. We made sure we included it in our tip to them. Meals used to be good there. I was surprised that Hearthfire would serve that quality of food now. One of our party ordered a steelhead burger and did enjoy it and the fries that accompanied it.
