Dunkin' - Belleville

Rude staff. I just asked for half half and she gave full creamer. I don't make reviews but this staff member who just gave me it was completely rude and rolled her eyes at me cause I asked if this is half and half, it wasn't. Just go to Nutley to save yourself from this Belleville staff.

Stale donut, chasier had no manners, didn't know how to greet customers, nor thank them.

Tuthfully, the rest of the workers at this Dunkin are quite good at their job, and when they are handing the orders things go very smooth, the reason for my low rating is the manager herself, a tall older women with dark hair and glasses, often has earbuds in her ears and is always handling the orders when she is working. She has consistently messed up my order almost every time I have gone when she is the one taking my order, I thought the first few times that it was me just not speaking loud enough or clearly, but the employees have even agreed with me that they can hear most customers orders including my own very clear from across the counters while they are handling other tasks, it's gotten to the point where they will jump in and fix most orders before customers have time to complain. I even tried to confront her regarding an order she messed up today and instead of apologizing, she told me to calm down and gave me a look an attitude as If I was the one at fault. She usually is only working during the day shift, overall if you want to go to this Dunkin I highly recommend avoid going during the day or at least when she is working, if you do happen to go when she is there expect your order to more than likely be wrong.

Coffee was good and service was very good. However, I had trouble with the app and try server didn't know how to fix it. She did help me place an order.

I go here every day and EricaIs great she always gets my coffee order perfect
