A very good table, perfect taste associations. The young evening waiter listens to our tastes in wine and a beautiful discovery of the wine of the estate that is excellent. A nice deal of dishes and wines. The holy jacques snacked and raw in the same plate on celery tartare...a delight...a particular visual and tasteful mention for dessert with agreement between lemon fennel and filled with pears on light lemon cream all in a butter pie... an explosion of flavors in the mouth...

Great evening near the vineyards of the hillsides of the layon! The service is irreproachable, the initial order can be a bit long the time that everyone is installed as arrivals but once dinner starts, the dishes are connected effectively. The plates are very well erected with quality products cooked to perfection. The food and wine agreement offered by the servers is sometimes surprising but very adjusted by different dishes. I highly recommend!
