Restaurant bewertenWithin the last 2 weeks, Dominos has been new property, new management and a whole new staff. When I was there, I could say that these employees were proud of their job and tried to deliver the best service as fast and friendly as possible. I refused to order from here in the past because the old staff clearly did not care, but the new staff has restored my faith in this Domino.
The new management has a completely new look at this place. I hated to come here, but now it's like family they all treat you beautiful and make yourself welcome once you open the door. I am sure again!!!! New crew rocks!!!!!!!
Can always count on this place for a late night pickup. The ladies behind the counter are always super sweet and hook me with silver and additional napkins (because the food in the ambulance can be messy! Thank you for such positive attitudes and amazing customer service! (Even through the lack of employment my partner and I appreciate you all!
This is one of the best locations of many in the metro Detroit area. I use to order there all the time and it wasn’t that good, now it’s amazing. I talked to the staff sounds like they got a new franchise group and they flipped the store around and have impeccable customer service.
I have had great experiences getting pizza for a large group, and then most recently had one that has made me take my business elsewhere.This last time, the young guy at the till had no clue about the specials, charged me $5 more per pizza than I had paid only 2 days before, for the same fare.I kept questioning it , but he insisted that he was correct and the other lady had made a mistake.However, when |I got outside, I clearly saw what I ordered on a poster in the WINDOW at the price I had preciously been charged. I went back in and was offered no refund, no apology, just a shrug.Bye bye Dominos
