Duke's Cafe And Bakery - Belgrade

I run a coffee shop so I have a lot of patience and understanding that it takes time to make coffee for the line and people inside but I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive through line with no one ahead of me for 2 iced lattes. Insane. If I wouldn’t have payed I probably would have drove off.

Cool shop with local art for sale. But the coffee tasted like water. The pastries were tasty, but $20 for 2 pastries and 2 lattes was a big letdown. I ordered the Mexican mocha extra hot, and my husband had the regular mocha. His ended up being super hot, and we couldn't taste the difference between them. They both tasted like hot cocoa without coffee.

They don’t believe in cleanliness. They don’t wash their hands and they also don’t wear gloves. I asked the girls if they wear gloves (I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that they could have possibly forgotten to put them on) she smiled and said no and continued touching ALL the food with their hands. They put your bare food on the counter. I wish I would’ve seen them touch the food before I paid because I wouldn’t have purchased literally anything.So if you don’t want your food touched by several girls that don’t use gloves I suggest skipping this place.

Ordered online. Sandwich was burnt and missing ingredients. Wait time was long. Tried to call but they have a full mailbox.
