Restaurant bewertenI order from this pizza place a lot..this time I wanted to order spaghetti and meat balls and a side salad. The stupid man says I have to order more because it wasn't $16....no it was $15 dollars !!!! Oh no !! You have to order $16 so I'm supposed to buy more !!! They still add their $2.99 delivery fee So what am I suppose to do ???? Order more ??? I told him that I'll find a restaurant that will give me what I want and not deny my food for a lousy $1.00. !!! I have 2 or 3 carry outs that gives me what I want and they are glad for my business..... Seasons is the loser !!
Ordered lunch special with co-workers. Just to let everyone know they will increase it by $2.99. This is very misleading and will no longer do business with them. Watch your bill, I'm sure you will pay more. Would be 0 stars. Spoke to a guy that said he was the manager and would not refund just gave excuses.
I ordered two large pizza 's online. When I arrived at the location, I saw a large sign over the entry door saying that I could have gotten two extra-large pizza for about 25% less cost. I patiently asked the person at the register if I could at least get a refund for the 25% cost difference not the increase in pizza size , and she said there was nothing she could do. The manager ? also said they couldn 't do anything about it because I should have ordered the special online. Well, I didn 't know there was a special and perhaps they could have coded their website so that if you order the equivalent of the special, that you get the special 's price. When I got home, I checked for this special and it wasn 't on their website in the specials category. The bottom line is that they could have just given me a partial refund, but this place is highly corporate so customer service is virtually non-existent. I can almost guarantee that Tamberino 's, Hickory Station, and Bon Gusto would have taken the opportunity to do the right thing. And the pizza from Seasons was not very good. The crust was firm like cardboard, but spongy in texture. The cheese was sort of powdery, not gooey like it should be. The toppings were a bit sparse. Overall, I can say I probably won 't be back to Seasons, and I suspect others have had bad experiences here since the store was devoid of customers.
Pizza took over an hour to be delivered. Cold when arrived. Large pizza is very small and enough for two people costing $20. They charge a $4 delivery fee but don't tell you. Half goes to driver but driver doesn't know or chooses not to mention it so you tip normally without knowing. Overpriced and poor quality product.
Worst place to get food. And when I called management to complain she called me a liar. Will never see my money again at this location
