Fuji Sushi - Bel Air

This is a long overdue review. I’ve been a customer since 2008. It’s a place that I come back to each time I am in town. The food quality is still great, and the service is still top notch. I also used to work here during high school, and I had worked at many kitchens since/ before then. I can testify that they have one of the cleanest/ most organized kitchens I’ve ever seen. We had a great experience dining here. Service was quick and very friendly. Food tasted fresh and so full of flavor. Everything you hope to find from a sushi spot and more. Definitely adding this to my favorites. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
