Love this pizza! Great taste, fresh ingredients and good customer service!

We called ahead to get our pizza for the 2024 Super Bowl this year. We came at the time they told us to come to pick up our pizza, and it was hot and ready when we arrived! That was an accomplishment because they were super busy!We got the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, the Deluxe Pizza, and a Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza. All were excellent choices. That's why we keep coming back to Gionino's in Bedford.

We ordered Buckeye wings with sauce on the side. We ordered honey mustard sauce on the side barbecue sauce on the side and ranch. We did not want any sauce on the buckeye wings and they put sauce all over. It was $57 gave the driver $10 tip and they would not remake our food or give us our money back. I would not recommend this place ever.

After a long work week, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to pizza for dinner. I called at 7 pm. I said I 'd like to order a pepperoni and mushroom and gio bread. They said half hour. My husband ran up in 30 min and they said they didn 't have my order I must 've called another store. I gave the phone number and and it was correct. To make a long story short, my husband went there twice for them to say they didn 't have my order. And in the end, he said , Oh, I read it wrong. I honestly think the older guy was drunk, he was slurring his speech. We are stuck with ice cold pizza at 8:30.

I pay for white meat it takes another 45 minutes because you give me a bucket of dark meat
