Restaurant bewertenHad a fantastic experience on the drive thru! The guy who operated the window (the receipt says Isreal) looked like he had only the best time. He was kind and seemed to really enjoy his job. Great customer service! I stopped here at 7:00 on 11-6-22.
Trash service. I said maybe I should go next door after waiting 6 minute in the drive thru. She said food Good luck with that. Her literal words. I went home instead. Go to pipeline and 20. Seriously.
Lol I get it, I went to jack in the box. So realistically I shouldn 't expect amazing customer service. However don 't get mad when a customer gets frustrated with you at the drive through because you keep interrupting them as they are trying to order. Resulting in the order taker not getting the correct items. If the order taker would have paused for a moment, she would have heard me asking her for what I would like. Instead I was interrupted almost as soon as I started asking for something. If you don 't like your job, that 's fine, but jeez, a little patience would be nice. This Jack in the Box is always so rude. I had decent customer service one time. If this wasn 't the only jack in the box close to me I wouldn 't go here. You know the thought you get of, I 'll just give them one more chance I Gatta stop having that thought because I always leave this place frustrated and treated like ****.
I went in today to get some breakfast sandwiches. There were two people in the dining room. 3 cars in the drive through. Stood there for several minutes. I was never even looked at. So I left. Given how they were acting, you will probably get better service at the drive through. I did not tempt fate by getting in the drive through. Too many other restaurants to go to.
Wow, ordered online to go pick up our order 10am. Get there and store is closed...so we went through the long line to get to the window and greated with an attitude from the lady. Why are people just so rude... my husband thought it was under his(small mistake) she waves him off saying I don't what to tell you...as if she wanted us to just drive off. Showed her the order from our phone and she said I dunno I'm confused... we asked her to try my name and low and behold she found it. She got her food and tossed it on the counter and handed it with an attitude. Please check your stores and manage better. It's not just this store with a problem. It's all surrounding ones that have issues.
