Cici's Pizza - Bedford

Came here today to get some pizza for kids and soup for me since im sick and not only I had to turn around because they forgot my damn soup but they give me

It's Cicis. You can only eat pizza. I wouldn't come if you expected a five star dining experience. It is a family restaurant so expecting children to play while you eat. The facility is always clean when I visit and they usually get my custom pizza order right, even if I ask for light cheese.

This place was once great, but now there is an arcade that took a lot of space, it's ridiculous and it's a mess. We literally had to wait for almost an hour to sit somewhere. It would be great if we had more space back.
