The French Horn - Bedford

We’ve been to the French Horn many times and went most recently for Fathers Day. The menu is always varied and meal sizes are plentiful. Food standard is always very good both at lunch and dinner. Would recommend as never had a bad meal here!

Really nice meal again. We went on Burger night and I had the BBQ burger, very tasty. My Wife had the Ham, egg and chips and said it was delicious. The service was very good as usual, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommended, thank you.

Lovely pub, with old beams in the bar area and tasteful decor. Liked the mix and match furniture. Good menu to choose from, and if you like burgers you had a good choice.

I like the old world charm and mix of tables and chairs and seating areas. It would be nice when ordering dessert and coffee if they asked if we wanted them together or one after the other. Toilet itself was clean but not sure about walls, ledges and floors. They need a coat of paint too.

We have just come back from our first visit to the French Horn but it certainly won't be our last! We had a delicious lunchtime meal with friends the food was excellent as was the service. We have already booked again and I can't wait to go back for the wonderful devilled kidneys on fried bread... my only problem was that it was a starter and not a main course.
