It was an awful experience. The drive through line was very long. When I got my blizzards they were soupy. Being understaffed is no excuse!

Nicest lady at the counter...resteraunt was amazingly clean for a fast food resteraunt...and staff was great and very courteous ....banana split was good too!!!

We drove all the way to the DQ to take our kids to the Dairy Queen on Harper road and there was a “dining room closed short staff” and sign on the door while people were still inside being served and workers just looked at us like we were weird and an inconvenience … not a good representation of this business. At all. But that’s ok sheets had great milkshakes

I would rate this place a zero if I could. This has to be the laziest state I’ve ever seen. Almost everywhere closes their lobbies early because they only have four people working at each location. That’s an entire crew where I’m from, and yet they think they deserve to be paid over $12 an hour. Come on, people! Stop being afraid to put in the effort!
