Elegant restaurant a stone's throw from the Hospices offers refined cuisine, excellent wines recommended by the sommelier which enhance the dishes. That evening, small problem with the people, I chose the quail leg instead (after a 2nd part) which is delicious, on the bill, we were informed that my dish (quail leg) was offered by the house, even though they don't have to. This commercial gesture is worth mentioning in my publication and I thank them. Very pleasant evening.

We had a great time in an elegant setting, with impeccable, attentive service. The chef came to see me in the dining room with great sensitivity to suggest a change of garnish. The dishes are made with very good quality products. Superb wine and alcohol list. Special mention for the Chartreuse jeroboams!
