Restaurant bewertenGreat variety of options available. The staff is very accommodating. The food is delicious. The line and coffee service is efficient. It caters to a diverse crowd of customers. Plus, they offer pizza on the menu.
Today's experience at the restaurant was much improved. The staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and the computers were working smoothly. It was a great feeling to be there.
Do you remember when GenX used to work at Wawa? Customer service was top-notch back then. However, now it seems that GenZ employees are just plain disrespectful and ignorant.
This is honestly the worst Wawa I go to and order from. When I go in all the workers look miserable and don’t even respond to me when I say have a nice day. When we order from DoorDash we almost never get anything from the grocery aisles that we order. Just the made to order food and drinks. It would be different if they were to contact us and let us know that hey we’re out of this item we are so sorry but no it’s a surprise every time. To be honest I don’t even know why we still order from there. If there was an option to switch the location of the store that we order from we would. Rudest location
So about two weeks ago a filed a complaint with Wawa. In the complaint I slightly described the manager of the store, not the manager present at the store, but the manager of the store. Because of a hair color discrepancy in the description my complaint was disregarded as not valid. The customer relations person I spoke with was Stephanie, she could have cared less if I went back to Wawa or not she only cared about the hair color of the store manager not the entire complaint with dates and times. When I told her that Wawa was loosing a customer (due to a valid complaint I might add) her only response was ”OK!” I have been shopping at Wawa for 15 years and this is how I’m treated! If this woman was so lazy to not even look at the cameras for the date and time I gave them then I won’t be the only customer you loose due to her tunnel vision and bad investigation skills. I mean I gave dates times and order numbers. So what if I made a reference to the store managers hair and had his hair color off. I mean everything else can be verified, and then to just not even care about remedying the situation as long as I go away what the heck is that? I haven’t been irate or anything. It can be understood with this that Wawa does not care and this is going on yelp and Google. Good job Stephanie with member relations good job!
