The Capital Grille – Cleveland – Lyndhurst

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Every staff member who came to our table wished us a happy anniversary, which was a nice touch. Our server, Arthur, was attentive and provided great recommendations for our meal. We were even treated to champagne and dessert. The food was delicious and overall, it was a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This is the third time that I had served a steak over boiled to me. I even said when I ordered that I really want a rare steak, and that the last two times I was there, it was served over boiled. when it was served, the server took off before I could cut the steak and it was overcooked. no one returned to the table to ask if everything is in order until everyone was almost finished with his meal at the table. I didn't want everyone to wait for me while the birthday party was eating someone. the manager apologised and asked what he could do. I was not charged. Unfortunately this restaurant is no longer special and eating is certainly not exceptional.

It started with excellent service. our waiter was tyler. very attentive. food drink and taste were excellent. just a little expensive.

Came back again for the thanksgiving dinner. Was excellent as always and Renee once again provided exceptional service during the meal.

This was quite the feast! We ordered the Thanksgiving meal that was offered, and it was outstanding. The turkey was moist, the stuffing was delicious, mashed potatoes were perfect, and the mashed sweet potatoes with honey were fabulous! They really hit it out of the park. This was probably the best Thanksgiving meal we’ve ever had in a restaurant. And our server, Jessica, was super. She was so kind and welcoming. She helped us choose a bottle of red wine, and highly recommended the pumpkin cheesecake, which was delicious. The place was packed with happy people and the manager strolled around to make sure everything was going smoothly. Everyone was one top of it. We had a really great celebration. We can’t wait to go back next year.
