Sonic Drive-in - Baytown

This Sonic just has to lock the door. Every afternoon, I'd go to this store after my 12 hours work shift. I'd order a cherry spoon. I got a strawberry sprit with lime and black spots in it. On my next visit I ordered a cherry spoon that I received a cherry coke. I would go a few times and get lucky and correct my order on very few occasions. My last straw was when I ordered a hot fudge probe and a cherry sprit. Over the 3rd spoon full of ice I pulled out a long matting, which seemed to be hair. I went to the door, the lady went and told the manager. The manager never wanted to talk to me. The lady told me my money was refunded, I have to get a refund. The device is dirty and sunk on the outside. The parking lot has huge holes and maintenance is not made for the upkeep. The perception is everything! When you lift up and see the bad maintenance on the premises and buildings. Automatically know what the interior cleaning and service you will receive. Bad management, Enge Manager, General Manager, shift managers are responsible. You failed, your crew and your company.

I went to this sonic today, to my friend a powerade hurried the person on the drive thru window with a blue hoodie was very rude I came for 1 item and when she had the **** the tip of the drink fluid on the top and it was tipping when I was on my legs and on my phone, that was very disappointed on my lap, I asked about the manager and she should take care of it

This is the grilled cheese we received (2 of them actually) Christmas Day 2022. It literally was 2 white pieces of bread, maybe toasted for 15 seconds. People who receive food like this should get a refund. One bite and straight to the trash, disgusting. Will NEVER go back to this location again. @Sonic you should be ashamed.Food: 1/5

The food is good, they treat you very well, the speaker where you order the food just fails a lot, you can't hear it well and they don't even listen to you
