Hi, I am one of the workers at this Shipley's. Before I started working here the service was always amazing, as was the food. Part of the reason I wanted to work here is because I loved the taste of the food. Lapis Lilly a week ago said that we don't get tips, this simply isn't true. One of my fellow cashiers has been lying about that to our customers, I'm not sure why. We are given the tips we earn once a month. Once the ability to give tips from credit and debit cards was programmed into our registers the amount of tips we got dramatically increased. We get ten times the tips we used to before. We really appreciate the generosity of this community and we will continue to work hard to make you all happy with your Shipley's experience.

DO NOT believe Lapis Lilly I work at Shipley at the location that she is talking about and I can assure you that our boss does share tips with us

It is absolutely fast friendly. doughnuts are always fresh and kolaches
