Buffalo Wild Wings - Bay Shore

Had a good time there for the most part, I had boneless chicken wings with a strawberry lemonade. My waitress was absurdly kind, and the food came out in a timely manner. I was satisfied with the wings. The burgers and fries were made just right, and the experience was interesting, I am going to give it a four due to the way the menu is. Not the most intuitive menu, but overall, I enjoyed my visit.

Fix your door that goes into the mall. It drags on the ground and doesn't close thus letting cold air into the bar area. I had a group conversation with 2 other couples at the bar. One guy said he could fix the issue in less than an hour. So why can't you guys fix it?

I just order from GrubHub and the food was cold and they gave me the wrong drink I order a mountain dew and they gave me some drink that taste like drinking McDonald's Sprite but the food great

Got a table right away but no service. Waited for 10 minutes at our table and not one person acknowledged us. I asked a worker if we had a waiter and they said one minute 10 minutes later we left. Completely ignored and no one even offered drinks or menus. Bye. Every single BWW ive been to has has to slowest service ever. Definitely will not return to this or any of their locations.

Service is excellent. some of the most friendly and careful staff and manager. ken and the others helped us to stand and were very warm and friendly. definitely recommend going here to support this location, even if it is out of the way for them. we had a great time. beautiful and clean place, great atmosphere and everyone makes them feel like home.
