Restaurant bewertenWell... It is Taco Bell...The lobby was closed to customers due to lack of staff. The worker was polite informing us of this and told us the drive thru line was moving fast tonight. So we went thru drive thru.We give our order and proceeded to pickup window. The guy that accepted our money, and give us the receipt, ask what did we order to drink? I answered him just to help him be more efficient. Then he ask us to drive to front of building and he would bring our meal out.25 minutes after getting receipt with time stamp on it we received our food. The employees was nice, the 2 guys dealing with public was obviously new employees. The employees was really trying their best. I'm assuming the seasoned employees was cooking and preparing orders because everything in order was correct. And this was Sunday night at 7:30..
Between the food taking absolutely forever after being told to pull around to the front to the kids running the place not knowing what they're doing this was an awful decision coming to this taco bell.
They were nice and efficient. They forgot my son's cinnamon twist though. They probably have to. I think it is the law.
Pretty good taco bell, they don't get orders wrong really.
Would be five stars because everybody was so nice and the food was amazing as usual but they forgot my grilled cheese burrito. Check your items before you leave drive-thru
