They have daily specialties. The ribs and Swedish meatball soup were great. Steak-Fries were good, next time I will ask that they be done well, as I prefer, a Craspier fry. But in any case it would order again. Everyone was super friendly. It was my first time here and I'm going to leave. Food: 5/5

I never know what I want. Kim was great when I was at the bar. He really seemed to like him. I just read he was the owner! I can't remember what beer I stopped. But it was good. The service at the table was super under chaos. Thank you for taking care of us in the short term. I know Debbie had her 72. Birthday celebration after us and waited patiently. Child-friendly: They didn't seem to disturb the 9yo hockey team. ?

Talk about a great experience. The food was amazing, the service was incredibly fast and so helpful. The prices were wonderful and we enjoyed discussions with the owner and with our wonderful waitress. If you want to feel like a hometown experience, stop at Coonans.

Friendly people that bring your order quickly.I was here for lunch and had the biggest piece of walleye I've ever seen served. Perfectly fried and served with a nice creamy coleslaw and steak fries.When you find yourself in this part of Bay City, give Coonan's a go.
