Restaurant bewertenEating is good, but the service is a little slow. I've been here for many years, and although it's still good, it's not at the beginning lately. they don't seem to have maistortillas anymore, what I miss.
Tacos are very overpriced, because not automatically bring some cut lime and hot sauce with them. the mol sauce was too sweet and not even spicy. the horchata tasted as if it had been made with some powder. it wasn't cinnamon. didn't cost anything real. Moreover, the service was extremely slow for an empty restaurant with just a few mosquitoes inside.
Great food, a hometown legend. They've been here as long as I can remember, and even went to school with the family. I can't find what year they opened, but I know it's been a Fox Valley Diamond for at least 30 years!
Dined here for the first time with some friends and we were all very disappointed. Chips and salsa meh. Margarita meh, and small for $9.99. Taco dinner meh. Felt like a waste of money and calories. Food was way overpriced for what it was. The staff was very kind and friendly, so one star for that, but since I didn't enjoy the food I would not return. Far better choices in the area for Mexican food.
I've eaten here. Anyway, the manager was bought and he said we were short on duty, but someone would be right with us. 30 minutes no one has even brought the water, but the manager has come 5 times to say that someone helps us. we went after and went to pepe’s on the road!
