Big Mike's Grill House - Batangas

Our food took almost an hour to prepare and when it arrived it was not worth the wait. The pancit was too salty and chicken was just average. Maybe it's not their best dishes but clearly it was not their best service.

The food is totally bad. I just wasted my money. Just the serving sizes are big.

Very good eating, nice staff and I had only a successful party thanks to the chic grill two thumbs up and I recommend them for parties and other corporate events.

My compliments to the chef the food is outstanding. Now for the bad news. The staff is clueless we were the only people in the restaurant and they looked quite disappointed that there night of doing nothing was disrupted by customers. The order was mess up and it took a lot of time to come to that conclusion since nobody ever asked us how the food was and if we needed anything. I was drinking beer and had to beg for each one. The staff seemed to be pre occupied with there own agenda. My recommendation would be to give the chef a raise and fire the staff and train a new staff how to operate a restaurant that should be focused on service and up selling customers more food and beer.
