Billy's Pit Bbq - Bastrop

Had the two meat plate with brisket and sausage Mac and Cheese and potato salad. The sausage was a little dry, but the brisket was the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Came here with my 2 kids and 2 outta 3 of us heavily recommend the brisket.

I've been here about four times now. I shouldn't eat this food for health reasons, but I now set it as my cheat day meal. Food is delicious. It's a family, friendly environment. The prices are fair. I look forward to my next cheat day. They give a veterans discount.

So the last five times I've been here I order a whole rack of ribs a whole brisket or half a brisket and yesterday I ordered ribs brisket and sausage should be ashamed of your ribs they're dry they're not even smoked I don't know what's wrong with them and the brisket was really dry I've known Billy's to be better than this and I go there and spend two $300 at this point I probably never go there again now.

All the staff are super friendly! I love the smell that intices you as soon as you open your car door. Best Barbque ever! Great value for your momey!

I forgot about this bbq place, found it while getting a malt next door, very friendly and Damn good BBQ, WILL be a regular
