Pizza Hut Delivery - Basingstoke

Usually pizza hut is decent. Really disappointed this time. As usual good deals but ordered on a Saturday afternoon so shouldnt be hugely busy. Estimated delivery time 45 mins. Arrived about 1hr 15 mins later just as I was about to call. Thought ok, must be backed up with orders. Opened it up, definitely not worth the wait! Pizza was stone cold. Nachos were barely topped and cold. Mac and cheese was burnt on one side (as in dry, inedible crunchy pasta with all the sauce on the other side and again cold... all of it had obviously been sat in the shop for a long time. one of the dips was also missing... couldn't be bothered to ring as I know these sorts of places dont care. But safe to say I'm sticking to dominos or papa John's next time

I would love to give no stars but I can't, this restaurant was poorly run the manger/supervisor was rude and gave our pizza away to a delivery, driver got no apologies my daughter ate hers without us in the end i took my pizza home when I eventually got had to keep asking for my sides i had ordered would not recommend this place at all.....

We ordered at 5:30pm. It is now more than two hours late... All to cook some pizza and drive 10 minutes. Starving! Each time I called to chase they said it was a few minutes away. When the food arrived it was barely warm.

I buyed one family pizza at 18:45, .. they says 75 to85 minutes to arrive.. now is 21:10 and my pizza not arrived. i tried to ring.. but nobody answer the phone.. occupated.. and now nopizza and no money back.NEVER MORE MOTHERS..

The service at this restaurant is always amazing, with staff who are always willing to help. They deliver our food orders quickly, including some really delicious pizzas.
