Very enjoyable sit down with a coffee, quite tasty!

Who makes a tea with 50% milk ?!?!! This place apparently, every Costa I have ever been in has always messed up with the milk except on one freak occasion and I don’t know how. When did I ask for off-tasting milk water? I asked for a cup of tea. Can it really be that hard

The staff asked us to leave when it was only 17.20 as she said shopwas closing but it wasn't the right time 45min to go

I used to enjoy going to get a drink to take on the train going to work. Fast and efficient. Now its been taken over, slow service and no communication. My drink was not even hot.

A break whilst visiting Festival Place in Basingstoke. Central location between station and top of the town not far from the bus station. Nice atmosphere, good coffee and a cake. Nice place to relax during shopping.
