Chicken Express - Bartlesville

Pro: Staff is friendly.Cons: Food is not great. Chicken was lean and mostly breading. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Mac and cheese tasted like it was boiled in asparagus water. Apple pies didn't have any taste at all (I do not have COVID). But at least we can say Chicken Express in Bartlesville!

The service was outstanding at Chicken Express. ? The people there went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you so much employees at Chicken Express for making our food delicious and providing excellent service. First off let me say the food is great but the customer service at the Bartlesville, Oklahoma location SUCKS! Constantly missing parts of an order, tonight they gave us the wrong call in order and we had to drive back and exchange it and all they did for our trouble was NOTHING!! No discount, nothing. When I asked if I could take the wrong order and donate it to a family I know in need they said no that they are required to throw it away. In these hard times you’d think they would allow that especially since it was their mistake plus they are going to take a right off for it anyway. But also their employees at night have a don’t care about anything attitude. Last week they left my parent standing waiting for our food which was ready while they just stood around and talked.

This was the first time here for my wife and I. I will definitely be a returning customer! The food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating to our every need. They made us feel like good friends or family. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We recently ate for the first time at Chicken Express in Bartlesville, OK and we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The chicken was excellent and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Aaron, the manager, ran a very efficient and proficient operation. The facility was extremely clean and in fact probably the cleanest and most welcoming fast food restaurant we have had the pleasure of eating in. Congratulations to Aaron and staff for a job well done.
