Restaurant bewertenIts a chain that sells small crappy wings and deep fried finger food. So many better places to go for wings like the Locker room. Beer is expensive, incredibly loud TV's all the time really hate this place. Staff try hard but seem beaten down and scared they will be let go. Never see the same servers twice, they are overly attentive as if panicked or their first day.
I did not review the last time I was here because they had just opened and the place was hoppin'. A colleague took me to lunch yesterday and I have to say I was a little reluctant to accept the invite. Fast forward a couple hours and I walked out very happy with the service, our waitress (really personable and funny), the pickle chips and philly steak sandwich were all as equally enjoyable. I won't hesitate to go back next time!
First off the service was great, the staff are super nice! The wings were okay they were just on the small side, the sauces are great though, again staff is
I'm not a huge fan of this restaurant. We went because Lonestar across the way was far too busy and we were on a timeline to get to a hockey game. The restaurant was totally packed and we were told it would be about a 15-25 minute wait. When we sat down a hostess came and got us within minutes and brought us to a table. Service was quick and we had drinks on the table shortly after being seated. The wings were good. What you'd expect from a chain wing restaurant. Their idea of hot though doesn't really impress me. I'm not a big spicy food lover and I ordered the hottest dry rub they had for some of my wings and it wasn't even on the radar of hot. I also ordered the Hot BBQ sauce on the rest of my wings. It actually had a good heat and nice taste. I'd order that one in the future. We had a kid with us who ordered a burger which took quite sometime to get to us. But not overly long in the big scheme of things. The waitress while delivering wings and sides told us the burger was going to be a bit and because of that they'd be taking it from the bill. As she left the table the burger was basically being brought out of the kitchen. A short time later the store manager came over and further apologized for the delay and advised that meal would be coming off the bill. This was a nice gesture and they did not have to do it as it was not an egregious wait for his food. It was appreciated though. I can't remember our waitresses name. She was also good though quick and responsive to any requests. After that experience I'd likely go there more often.
Been here a couple of times to watch sports with friends.
