Restaurant bewertenWhen we walked in, desperate for a dinner, immediately we both felt in awe for the internal decoration. How anybody would be able to choose those colours and furniture. To say it is not very nice is giving a compliment. At first we felt this was a sign of authenthicity. Unfortunately as it turned out it indeed was a sign of totally ignorance of any taste at all. We ordered a salad (goatcheese) and beef like 'chateaubriand '. The salad was really not at alle a salad. More like some fried bread with some pieces of goat cheese, random put it seemd wirth some undefined greenery. The beef was cold when ik arrived. I send itback. When it tirned back, te beef was urdered. Tough as a boot. What dit they do? they slices the thick beef partly in the middle and put the sliced part on the stove. So, the meat was on temparature. But totally killed. They also could have put two beafsteaks, cook those apart and them put one on top of the other and serve as if it is one thick beef. Not to mention the vegetables. They were so soft, you could drink them in stead of eating. Of course the matrone didnot ewant to accept any critisism at all. So we payed the bill and left. Don 't go here. Though the daughters do their best and are really nice, the chef sucks.
More than a child's average welcome: salad with frozen foie gras from subway; No lambs; 50 € a 2 , bof !!!!
Very good reception, small menu but good simple but very tasteful cuisine, good value price. Everything in a family atmosphere.
Small hotel on the road towards castellane a good compromise in summer where hotels on castellane are complete well located to visit the gorges of the verdon establishment without pretention.
On the way we gave to the lunch stop. a menu of €18 and €26. everything was, especially for this price, extremely delicious. friendly service.
