The Gallery - Barnet

We were looking for a quick meal while staying locally and found this restaurant. It was very quiet on a Wednesday evening with no live music, in fact, we were the only customers for a long time. The menu was limited but offered a variety of options. Unfortunately, many items were unavailable, which greatly limited our choices. We ended up ordering a sharing platter and a deluxe burger. The sharing platter included spicy chicken wings, nachos, chips, battered onion rings, battered prawns, and battered mozzarella sticks. However, the food lacked flavor and we were not impressed. The burger was overcooked and so tough that we couldn't even cut it. When we asked to have it remade, we were told that the restaurant only served well-done burgers. Disappointed, we received a refund and left the restaurant.

The food and drinks at this restaurant are average in quality, but they are overpriced, especially considering the level of service or lack thereof. Many of the staff are trainees and seem to lack proper management. While I may have high expectations living in Dubai, the service industry should always strive to meet customer expectations.

This pub offers customers the option to order their food at the bar. There is a seating area available for dining. The food was tasty and served in generous portions. We both enjoyed our chicken dishes.

We attended a 90th birthday here at the weekend and I have to say we were very impressed. The Standard, quality and presentation of food was excellent. The party took over one side of the restaurant and the service was excellent. Nice and relaxed with no rushing from one course to the next and drinks being replenshed as required. Nothing was too much bother. Even at the end of the night, we were still being offered drinks and there appeared to be no rush to get rid of us. I would highly recommend.

I'd recommend a stop here, we were pleasantly surprised when our friends invited us here for a dinner celebration. The cuisine was very good and the decorem is nuveau, Servise was up to par and overall we enjoyed.
