Spacious and welcoming premises. Very good food and kind staff. But be careful to specify immediately to the waiter if you intend to order the card or with all you can eat formula with fixed price. I was mistakenly applied to the price of the fixed menu instead of the à la carte menu. After already paying, my wife noticed the mistake. The owner, apologized because no one had explained how the formula all you can eat worked and returned us even more than the difference.

We stayed in this place on Sunday at lunch. The environment is nice and cozy. The good service (even if they forgot to bring some dish required, but they made up when we noticed it apologising). The dishes tasted generally good in comparison quality price (the tuna was a little dry). To return.

Staff available from 6 stars, I've never felt so pampered in a Japanese restaurant. The sushi was delicious, instead, paradoxically, I do not recommend tartare and sashimi, did not have a good taste. To avoid absolutely the tataki of salmon (salmon scalded), it was horrible. I want to go back to see if it was a day or it's the standard.

One of the many sushi restaurant in Bari but nothing exceptional compared to others. But we must say that the place is great.

It's not the first time I came to dinner in Chan. The fish is always fresh and abundant, there is a good variety of choice with few fusion contaminations, in my opinion a point in its favor, the service is fast enough and very kind staff
