The location is great and the rooms are nice if you upgrade but the service is zero , the employees are running away from the customers and when you ask for something they ignore you while playing with thier phone. The breakfast is more than basic but there is a very good paderia at jus 5 minute s walk. The restaurant of the hotel serve pretty pathetic industrial pizza, the internet wasn t working for 4 days and even so clients asked for it nothing happen, the tv had 6 channel 5 religious and one for farmer tv in restaurant have all channels for the employees few clients complain that in one week no one clean thier room. Better cheaper choices hotel in town.

Provavelmente o melhor hotel de Barcelos, com padrão superior ao normalmente encontrados nos municípios pequenos da Amazônia. Quartos grandes e arejados com bom chuveiro. Infelizmente a internet deixa a desejar, mas funciona.
