Tesoro Pizzeria - Bangor

When I first started looking into Tesoro, I read that the service was not great but that the pizza was phenomenal. While I can agree that the service was not what a lifetime of traditional restaurants had led me to expect, it was perfect for somebody who prefers to receive his food and be left alone. The rolls which were served before the meal were delicious and the pizza left nothing to be desired. My friend, who got a pasta dish, also left without complaint. All in all, an experience that deserves repeating!

My experience in Tesaro was not good at all! From the minute we went, we were treated with disgust by Mrs Greuß. She was unpleasant, rude and unfriendly. There were no customers and I understand why. I wouldn't suggest that to anyone.

I've visited Tesoro's numerous times, and the food is outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant! The service is also fantastic; the woman who has seated me on multiple occasions has been my server as well. She's incredibly friendly—although she’s not from around here, which might lead some to misinterpret her warmth. Trust me, she's always been nothing but welcoming and has a wonderful sense of humor. You won't find better Italian food in Bangor than at Tesoro's!
