Restaurant bewertenNice 80s music. Pleasant terrace food was great. attentive staff, chef included.
Although noisy, the authentic Italian cuisine coupled with a patio dining option more than makes up for it. Even the St Louis standbys such as toasted ravioli and hot wings come with unique twists. De-lish!!
Welcome addition to West County. Checked out MMS last night and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. MMS is modeled after Sugo, another casual Italian that has garnered good reviews. MMS' menu however is more extensive which allows one to repeat visits more often to try other items. I started light with a Chopped Salad, my wife had the Ceasar. She commented that the Ceasar was equal to hers, a comment I have Never heard in 37+ years of marriage! I went with the Ribollita, a delicious bread soup. My wife had the Pappardelle, another winner. A couple of negatives, certainly not deal breakers: (1) limited, traditional, boring desserts (2) $3.50 a glass for House Made Basil Lemonade, a tart drink but certainly should be refillable w/o another $3.50 charge. We can't wait to go back and try some other items.
Yo, this place is excellent. The staff was fantastic and the food was great. To my mind it was closer to Chicago Italian than St. Louis, as the sauce wasn't as sweet. I like a gravy with a little kick, so it was right up my alley. Plus their tiaramissu was amazing!
We visited Mia Sorella for lunch. We sat on the back patio. We ordered a salad, garlic bread, and meatballs for our appetizer. It was delicious.
