Today I ordered a zoodle bowl with steamed vegetables and steak. Pays 2.75 extra for Steak. I came back to work and had charred steak that was so dry, I couldn't really swallow it down, it was like stuck in the back of my mouth. Instead of zoodles, I have restored noodles. I'm not celiac, but gluten intolerance. My meal was so despicable. I worked the rest of the evening and had no break time to go back so I could not get a refund of my money. Sad to say I won't go back.

I hate it when I have a bad experience at one of my favorite restaurants. I always ask for a tortilla instead of the chips when I place my order and the store associate and the manager wanted to charge me for the tortilla. I?m a rewards member and eat at several different CBW all around the city. This was the first time the store wanted to charge me extra. I?m very disappointed, the manager was an idiot. Also, I have video of the entire encounter via body camera.

Awesome!!!!! My wrap was huuuge and delicious! Got two big meals from it. One of the healthiest grab and go take outs around. Ton of options! You will be seeing me again!!! When I asked any questions the young lady was very knowledgeable. Great job ?

The girls were nice and so helpful! It was my first time there and it was delicious!! Went a second time just as good. This time it was for here, and they were so awesome. Everyone seems to enjoy their job and my cashier Kyle S. Made the whole experience personal, fun, and enjoyable!!
