City Oval Hotel - Ballarat

I'm still at this hotel and I must say it is very clean, elegant, and sophisticated. The use of technology is impressive. It's comfortable to stay here with beautiful views to wake up to. The quality of toiletries is amazing. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get to most places. There are many restaurants just minutes away from the hotel.

We were very satisfied with the large portions of food that filled us up after a day of sightseeing in the town. Despite the restaurant having a sign stating they were short-staffed, it was hard to notice any impact on our dining experience. We placed our order at the bar and the food was promptly brought out by friendly staff. Even as the restaurant got busier, the food still arrived in a timely manner. The only delay was with my cocktail, but it was delicious and well worth the extra wait.

Awesome service, clean and very welcoming, and the meals desserts were fresh, tasty and well proportioned too. We’ll be back!!

Although the cocktails could use some improvement, we had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The staff was excellent and the pumpkin soup was outstanding.

As we stayed at the lake inn Ballarat motel.this hotel is right next next to the motel with back entrance from the motel.we had a very nice meal here and a few drinks. Meal was very nice.staff are friendly also can order to take away.
