Starbucks - Baldwin Park

How am i gonna pay almost 6 bucks for my drink to come half empty ? so stupid. workers have nice service but the quality is the worst at this location

So I'm sure for all of the Starbucks fans out there, have heard of the 50% off of cold coffees after 12 on Wednesday!!!?? What a great treat!!!!Anyways I had not heard of this special until going by Starbucks about 3 weeks ago and the staff rang my order up and then told me my fairly cheap price and told me about the promotion that was going on. So kind of her. I was very satisfied with her service. Let me remind you that was not this Starbucks!! At all. I came in just now and noticed the cashier(Alex) taking orders did not mention it to the customer before me and then when finished taking my order she asked if I wanted to use any of my stars or coupons for the order, I said no. Only because I assumed she would automatically offer the promotion that was going on. She did not! Did not even mention it, so I asked well what time does the 50% off end of Wednesday. She replied it doesn't, it's until we close. So I asked her well why didn't I get it, her response was oh well I asked you. Would u like to use it? Of course I want to use it. Why do I wanna pay fullPrice when the promotion is going on?? I asked her so u just don't give the promotion out or mention it if the customer doesn't ask u Alex then said no we do not. Crazy. Starbucks I love your coffee, but your customer service has just about killed me from going to Starbucks at all anymore. It's everywhere you go. Very sad.

The cold refreshments are amazing to cool off to on a hot summer day. Great tasting, taste amazing.

Nice location with good service but no drivethru. Speedy as well, you can catch the freeway with ease after getting a nice drink.
