Desi Grill - Bairnsdale

Polite and attentive staff. Loved all the dishes we had. Authentic chicken curry was yummy, paneer masala was excellent and even dal tadka was full of flavours. Portion size was pretty decent and we had to ask for take away containers. It's advisable to give them a heads up if you plan to dine in.

Loved their food. Calm and authentic ambience. Kids friendly and the Naan was soft and delicious. The vegetarian curries were yummy and met our taste buds. Portion size was decent and filling. Worth the money and time spent with families, friends and kids

Nice food . We bought takeaway on the way to Lakes Entrance. We bought butter chicken , chicken Karahi and beef Kashmiri and naans . Chicken karahi was really good .

Just a stroll from the Caravan Park and we took our bottle of sparkling red as is our wont! Not knowing what to expect, we just ordered the Butter Chicken to share (small stomachs) and thought we'd try the vegetable rice for a bit of a change. We do like a different naan, so we had the Masala Kulcha. Everything was absolutely divine. In fact, I go so far as to say it was the best Indian meal I have (we have) ever had. The flavours were superb and we could have gone there every night except Bairnsdale has so much to offer in the way of different cuisine. 5 Stars for the Desi Grill.
