Like the name of the restaurant, this chain mostly serves burgers (meat, chicken and vegetarian alternative, Jens Burger). You have an option of alcohol (beer) and both well and bottle drinks. They have a very nice outdoor seating area. I found the burgers to be just fine. Not much taste unless you add spices. The Pommes weren't that great either. The staff just looks overworked. So there is a sign that it shows that it is short staff like most places. This is probably the reason why the bathrooms do not have toilet paper, because who knows when it was the last time, someone went to inspect and clean it.
Every time we come to this place, it is always a pleasant experience. Today was the best so far. Mary the manager went beyond and beyond to offer us a desert and our group a few candles to celebrate our friends' birthday. Love this place!
Customer service is all about Sarah asking for Sarah she is one of the best representatives of this facility, whose managers of course Kimberly had to show us the streets of this facility, we are now talking about the Essens-Yummy we have cried, and Fry one of the biggest onion rings I have ever seen, a Jenseits Burger, The Ultimate Bacon Burger and the chicken channels that they are Saucen were too big. And of course we cannot leave the crew on the back to make this meal for us, thank you.
When this place opened, it was quality. We've always ordered them. Stop and visit the people they're working there now. Obviously, you have no pride on what they do. I've never seen a place as fast as I can. Order a veggie burger they send you a sloppy double cheese burger. It just doesn't matter. It often happens. For the owner: view all reviews. Note a common theme. You must be part of the problem. Ultimately, this will catch up with you. They will run from customers who do not know better and easy to go into. Your employees are so bad in every way. You must clearly take responsibility here. Many say it wasn't always like that. What changed? You can not save us with automated burgerfi standards. Pls fill the survey. for what purpose? How often was this sent to pay customers and what came from them. Sad stuff
