L'Hermine - Auxerre

After eating a bit too much rich food this was the perfect antidote. A great range of sweet and savoury pancakes in traditional format. Limited wines but great value for a lunch or a lightish evening meal

Op een regenachtige dag werden we erg vriendelijk ontvangen in dit leuke restaurantje vlakbij de parkeerplaats waar onze auto stond. We waren met vier volwassenen en een baby. Voor de baby was er een mooie schone verschoonplek en voor ons waren er vier overheerlijke galettes (tussen de 7-8 eu per stuk) Het personeel, moeder en dochter, waren erg aardig ondanks de drukte in het restaurant. Echt een aanrader!!

Everything has changed in this restaurant where I had not put my feet for more than a year: the bosses, the decoration, the choice and especially the quality make sip a peach or cherry diabolo to your child with its menu to "7 euros" while you will taste a cake with tar and onion jam and a bowl of raw cider. Keep a place for one of the many dessert pancakes. all this for a very affordable scholarship.

An evening improvised a warm welcome a cuisine without surprises for a crêperie but a quality cuisine. The room is pleasant and has a floor, it can be privatized on request. A convivial moment in which the plate participates a good address
