Restaurant bewertenI have no real complaints about the hotel- we had a really nice long weekend there. I thought the communication was top notch- all the way from pre-flight problems to housekeeping texting us to let us know they were available to clean. The staff was overall super friendly throughout. Kaiti at the front desk was a great way to check in, and the rest of the staff carried through the caring attitude. Room furniture was a little generic/dated- but room was in good shape and clean. Can't sit on any balcony, which would have been nice given the great weather. Gym was fantastic and huge- 3 Peloton bikes for those that care. Jogging and swimming- classes. Definitely A plus for that. Food was overall pretty good and not insanely expensive. Valet overnight is $40, and the free parking garage is a 2 minute walk through the ballrooms, so you make that decision for yourself. Would stay again and take advantage of golf and tennis/pickleball next time. The staff surely will keep you coming back.
This place was amazing. I headed to the resort for a weekend surprise getaway for my wife. The accommodation, food, golf, and spa are a must. All the services that the hotel provides are highly recommended. I do want to highlight the bar staff at Jim Bob's. Allan, Sylvia, and Ethan were very polite, personable, and accommodating for our small get-together. Drinks and service during a busy weekend were terrific!!! Highly recommend the whole atmosphere of this hotel!!! I will be coming back with some more professional outings to this resort.
Stayed three nights with a friend and enjoyed the restaurants, spa, and setting. What really set the place apart was the friendliness (but not in an overbearing way) of literally every staff member we encountered, and the fact that every inch of the property (and there are a lot of them) was immaculate. A really nice retreat.
My girlfriend and I stayed for New Years weekend and enjoyed 3 nights at the Omni. Resort and room was immaculate and property is beautifully located in the hills. Grayson gave a great check in upon arrival at front desk and was very friendly and helpful Val and Deltanese at front desk both helped resolve some billing concerns and were very attentive and secured our loyalty as future guests, as we look forward to return to Barton Creek very soon. I'd like to bring the family back for a gathering soon. MG
This is a lovely suburb. We managed to have some short walks on the hotel grounds. Lovely time of year November. We stayed four nights and enjoyed the room, comfortable bed. Just a note, you must have a car to reach this resort. It is very isolated in a lovely upscale neighbourhood. Driving is easy and well marked with rolling hills. Our room was on the ground floor with easy walk out to the car. Strangely the room isn’t supplied with basics like tea bags, tea kettle or toothbrushes. If you need these, you need to call the front desk. This was annoying; everyday for four days. There is a coffee machine in the room. The hotel provides two paper cups each day. On one hand, it’s more sanitary, on the other, the environment should be considered. The cleaning staff? “No English” she says apologetically. If you have any questions, you must call the front desk; it was kinda difficult. When we arrived our bathtub was congested with dirty water back up. An attendant came quickly with a toilet plunger to clear it; but the tub was never washed with any cleanser. Ewe is all I can say. Our stay wasn’t perfect; but it is a lovely room.
