Whenever I come back to Austin, MN... Tendermaid is one of my most important stops! These nostalgic burgers are worth the trip

I bought lunch for myself and two others, one of whom was my 90-year-old mother. I ordered the food for pickup and when I got there, the ladies were so friendly and it was nice to see the owner Sarah. The order was perfect as I requested. The food was great and fresh, beautiful thick malt, and the burger was overflowing with fresh burgers, some of the best chili I tasted. The prices were just as fair as any other place in town.

Burgers are amazing. Best in the southern MN by far. Very friendly staff. Fast service. And the malt is great!!! Stop it!

Hometown charm and flair delivered through loose meat sandwiches! Always great service and attitude, a really fresh product and something I LOVE stopping by! I got to introduce my kids to Tendermaid for the first time and to day they loved their custom order sandwiches is an understatement! Only problem is that I'm now a little afraid we won't be able to dine anywhere else whenever we visit Austin in the future! I'd highly recommend a stop here for anyone who has not tried this before!

Quaint throwback to the 50's. Delicious burgers better eaten with a spoon! It's crumbled beef, with many scrumptious fixings! You can also attempt the Tendermaid challenge: eat 30....yes, 30 cheeseburgers, 84oz of water, a bag of chips and a malt in under 26 minutes!! Best of luck!
