Restaurant bewertenThis is not my DQ ?, whenever I stop something is wrong with order.Several years ago, I placed an order of tacos ? and I asked for an extra Taco ?. The extra had no meat, again I don't go here often bc it is out of the way. I just happened to be in the area.This last time, again I was just in the area. I ordered a drumstick blizzard. the rim of the cup ?was broken all the way around and had a split in the cup. Don't get me wrong, the blizzard was delicious, but seeping thru cup. I asked the attendant for an extra cup to put the blizzard in n he rolled his eyes ?, but gave me the cup. I don't think I will be back.
Most helpful and kind staff here. Mayfield always knocks it out of the park for me. Definitely come her for your burger and ice cream needs.
I just had to say that Nelly should be promoted to regional managers. She has a good service when I come and I? happy to see her every time!! I ordered the Royal New York Cheesecake and it was fire!!! I had the food here before and it's even better!! If you come questions, just come!!!
On 11/1/2022 6:52:58 PM I went to the Dairy Queen Grill and Chill on 8300 N. Burnet Rd., Austin, TX 78757. DQ is one of my places) I ordered a hunger boob with cheese no onions, regular fry $8,96). Go to the window to pay. I did not see the food processor with proper Utensil to eliminate mere hand contact with food. The food processor who makes my burger does not bring the meat out of the warmer drawer with his mere fingers gloves) and puts it on the bungalow also he did the same with the cheese. The Preparatory wrapped the burger and continued to place the burger in the brown paper bag. I asked the window attendant what the protocol was for food processors to prepare food he did not answer. I asked for the shift management to speak and told her the situation, then she went back and spoke to food processors. On her back to talk to the food processors, I saw another preparator with bare hands on the food preparation table. I was told that I was supposed to park in 1st place, why Burger was made new. When the shift management came with a reorder, she told me that she had found out who was responsible and a record would be done. She also said she would notify her boss. Let me say once again that I have seen at least two of the people in the food table without gloves. The switching line was very friendly and polite. I was told she was watching while my order was made new. Thank you. At that time, my appetite had changed because I had observed that. Shift lines should continuously monitor their food preparation area and all areas where food is treated.
What a wonderful location. Very clean, modern, welcoming. And Joey was such a friendly personality. Thank you for making such an unforgettable experience!
