Bill Miller -b-q - Austin

Went through the drive thru and ordered a extra lean poor boy. Told them twice so they would not screw it up, its even on the reciept. I believe they purposely screwed it up or they are just plain ignorant, mostly fat, so bad I had to toss it. Tried to call them to get a refund and no answer. Customer service is gone today especially in Bill Millers. Stay Away!!!!!!!

This location doesn’t send people with time consuming orders to wait in the front after they’ve paid in drive thru, like the Slaughter location ALWAYS does. So I was there in the drive through line on a Saturday morning for only a taco, 30 MINUTE WAIT outrageous!

They have fried fish on Fridays in lent and it is very good. Their green beans are the best I have had.Food: 5/5
