Flaming Joe's Seafood - Aurora

One of the four people in our party did not get their guts and our waiter never came to the table to check on us. After all, we flew the hostess who brought someone to put the additional order, but it went behind all the other orders, so he had to wait while the rest of us ate. The garlic bread on my order was not cooked. It was cold crumb butter and LOTS garlic. They did it on an eile order and it was better, but my husband sat there without food. He didn't even offer a drink. We go back again as it is nice to have a non-chain restaurant on this side of the city, but I seriously hope they have improved their service if not they take long.

The service was good and the staff was very helpful. However, the food was really expensive and was not very good. Soft bowl crab was really fishy and the shrimps were not flavored/tasted very well. Next time, I would go to the Yabby Hut or to the Juicy Seafood, both of which are excellent.

Had the “black” steaksalat. The steak was well cooked (for medium rarely and well made). It had no taste. The salad dressing was a lump of tasteless going. The service itself was best mediocre. Wouldn't go back.

The food was spectacular and the service top notch. A South Aurora guy.

Food and service were very good and we loved the menu variety. Unfortunately the restaurant was so cold that most patrons were wearing their coats and avoiding tables near the front. Would have been much more enjoyable with better attention to dining temperature.
