Charged me twice for a coffee then said that they were incapable of voiding the sale and they rudely refused to refund the second charge after admitting she knew I had already paid once, second sale was supposed to be for a souvenir. This place is run by thieves.

I ordered the Cadillac Margarita and it was amazing! The issue was just the expense...I guess you pay what you get...it is REALLY GOOD! $14.40

Ordered a Roast beef swiss, only to be told, after ringing it up, they were out of Roast Beef and wanted to substitute Turkey Swiss. Ok fine, that costs $1 less, can I have my change? No.. It 's only a dollar ... asked them to void the sale and re-ring it up correctly no.. It 's ONLY a dollar .... asked them to give me $2 since its only a dollar difference they were not amused... and I never did get my change.....

I fly out of Augusta often and I often times suffer from fear of flying so having a nice drink to help curb my anxiety really helps. I can’t remember the bartenders name but she was a really pretty, nice brown skinned woman. One time, made my drink, noticed something in the cup before she brought it to me and remade it. How many people actually take the time to do that? They’d rather chance you not seeing the debris and not waste their time. I’ve also picked up a few snacks at the little snack station beside the bar, again, nice people, quick service.

Terrible service! I sat at the bar to work on my laptop, the worker looked at me from her chair and went back to playing on her phone. After a few minutes she walked over and put a sign next to me stating alcohol is not served until 0830; didn't say anything to me and sat back down with her phone. I asked, do you not serve breakfast here? I was told I had to come to the register to order. I walked to the register and looked at the menu on the wall, I was informed there was only bagels to order and the coffee maker was broken. I am waiting for the next airport to spend my money to eat. Horrible service!
