Best Damn Subs in town, the staff is honestly amazing

My husband and daughter got a sub today from this location. The lady at the front register was in a horrible mood to start with. The guy making the meatball sub disappeared in the back so we didn't get to see the sub until we got home. Needless to say the most important part of the meatball sub (the meatballs) was lacking. I don't think there was a whole meatball inside. Just looked like a half of one all cut up in weird chunks. My daughter asked for vinegar and opened her sub to a thoroughly vinegar-soaked sandwich. Overall bad customer service and even worse food. We won't be visiting again.

I was just there with my family and the staff was very pleasant. My daughter has a gluten sensitivity and it was very obvious that the young men were very well trained to treat our gluten-free preference. From the use of uncontaminated spices tools to frequently changing gloves. Job well done, I was very impressed.
