Dairy Queen - Augusta

This restaurant should be shut down by the health department. I saw the elderly man cooking without gloves on, and he even wiped his nose with his hand while I was waiting for a refill. The cashiers were also unfriendly.

This restaurant is incredibly unprofessional. The staff spend more time talking and playing around amongst themselves than actually taking orders. They even leave the building to socialize in the parking lot. When you do manage to place an order, the staff are rude, interrupt you, and seem to have a bad attitude. I gave this restaurant another chance after a disappointing experience months ago, but it only got worse.

Order was wrong, when they tried to fix it, they used the same meat with the sauce on it, from the messed up order, never eating here again!! Just asked for my money back!! Worst part was when I asked why is there sauce on the remade burger, the cook toldme that is the sauce from the burger when they messed up, management told them to use the same hamburger. ????

The dining room was closed so I had to wait in a long drive thru line.I ordered a triple chocolate brownie and the brownie is supposed to be warm. I received a frozen brownie. I had already left the drive thru and the line was way too long for me to goback thru it so I waited far from the window at the drive thru so the lady could see me. I asked her for a warm brownie and shelied to me and told me that they don't heat up the brownie anymore. Although the description says warm brownie. My daughter usedto work at DQ and she said that this is not true that they do still heat the brownies up. Anyhow I would have asked for my moneyback but the line was way too long. I was not headed home so I couldn't heat it there. Other than that the lady at the drivethru was nice about it.

This restaurant is unsanitary and discriminatory. The staff handle raw food without washing their hands, then touch other food items while making your burger. The manager is also very disrespectful towards the employees. It is unacceptable that the workers have to tolerate such treatment. This establishment should not be allowed to operate. Nobody should be treated poorly in this manner.
