Charleys Philly Steaks - Augusta

A voucher received to receive a free sub a week ago and was said that I could not use it anymore because they have no stamp, nor were there signatures all vouchers.

Charleys offers excellent food! I work at the location on Fort Gordon.

Bad service, the tall cross eyes guy who was served in the kitchen , rude and disrespectful on July 3, 2019 in the afternoon. Only, because he asked me for my order number and I forgot the number, I did not have my received because the cashier does not give me any receipt. I do not going to come back to this place

The food was good but as far as customer service this place is horrible. My boyfriend and I both heard your cashier, Jonquette P make a racial comment to another customer saying, ?how she has to deal with these white folks? horrible person to represent your business!

I love this place. Food is always cooked to order. Love the chickens Phillies. Oh, and the strawberry limonade is so delicious. Try their loaded pommes. Delicious.
