Kfc Auckland Airport International Terminal

It was a very bad food experience on KFC, really disappointed, chicken was dry and smell floury and the chips were soggy, probably served the leftover fries. Disappointing

Poor customer service nobody to take orders for 5 minutes place looked not the cleanest place took ages for order

What a pigsty!! Come on KFC! Mess left on tables, floor was dirty, poor frontline customer service! Toilets disgustingAsked staff to clean toilet as there was wee on the floor and smelled foul! Staff left dirty mop bucket at entry to kitchen, no large potato gravy sides available, two ladies continued to sit at a table that was covered in rubbish left by previous patrons!! Very disgusted as this was our first stop for food on arrival to NZ!! As we left I mentioned to patrons that it was filthy in there they returned to their car saying 'oh its still the same!! ' They got in their car and left to go somewhere else! Sort it out KFC or have a good look at who runs your restaurants!! Needs to change!!!

Very poor, only person in the place and the staff still called me from my table to collect my order from the till area. Staff was not able to add hot sauce to my wicked wings as they are not considered hot and spicy but were able to do so with the side of two pieces hot and spicy, both cost the same at $5.00. And my single wicked wing in my combo wasn't there either requiring me to go back to the counter. Lucky I was the only customer present.

Absolutely terrible. Came in at 2pm with my children. Literally the only ones in line. Had to hunt for someone to ask to be served. Not only had to ask once but twice to be served. Suggested that they needed more staff and got told they cut down cause it's public holiday????? So your telling me that not only are your staff getting paid time and a half and a day in lieu. It's still not an incentive to get your staff to have customer service. Watched the staff as they took FOREVER to make our meals as they dragged there feet around. Got my food and had asked for 5 lunch packs that they had scattered between 4 trays as appearantly they couldny be bothered putting a 5th tray in. When i asked for a 5th tray she threw it on my tray. Not one smile on their faces, they all looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. Almost every table needed to be cleared. The restaurant looked filthy and if there was a cleared table it wasn't wiped down. If your paying your staff extra I would be expecting a hell of a lot better. Terrible service from ALL staff. Will never be returning to this one. Absolute disgrace. Will go out of the way to go to the mangere one in future.
